Be a part of the "Green Scene."
On Friday, June 20, Overland Park will host its FREE environmental festival at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead, 138th and Switzer.
Children and adults will participate in hands-on educational activities while learning more about the environment (and animals) between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Activities will include a recycling relay, trucks and tattoos, button making and more.
Exhibits/activities and booths will be set up along the main walking path at the Farmstead.
